SAT Workshops

Six Weeks. A Stronger Score. A Better Shot at the College Your Student Deserves.

The SAT is one of the most important tests your child will take — and most students walk in underprepared, not because they lack ability, but because they never learned how the test actually works. Our SAT Workshops fix that. In just six weeks, students gain the strategies, practice, and confidence to perform significantly better on test day — without the time commitment or cost of a full-year program.

Whether your student is aiming to qualify for a merit scholarship, meet a competitive university's score threshold, or simply stop leaving points on the table, this workshop gives them a structured, expert-led path to a score that reflects their true potential.

How the Workshops Are Structured

Each workshop runs for 6 weeks with 12 sessions at 90 minutes each, meeting twice a week. The format is focused and efficient — no wasted time, no filler content. Every session is designed to move your student forward.

Math Workshop

Many students lose more points on SAT Math than they realize — not from difficult content, but from avoidable errors, unfamiliar formats, and poor time management. Our Math Workshop addresses all three. Students master the problem-solving strategies and critical thinking skills the SAT actually tests, and leave each session sharper and more confident.

  • 6-week program — 12 sessions, 90 minutes each, held twice per week
  • Focused on SAT Math strategy, problem-solving efficiency, and accuracy under time pressure

ELA Workshop

The SAT’s Reading and Writing sections reward students who know what to look for — and punish those who don’t. Our ELA Workshop teaches students exactly how to approach reading passages efficiently, identify correct grammar under pressure, and write with precision in the time allowed. No guessing. No rushing. Just a clear, repeatable process.

What Makes This Workshop Different

  • Starts with a Diagnostic Test: We don’t guess at what your student needs. Before instruction begins, every student takes a diagnostic test so we know exactly where their points are being lost — and we target those areas from day one.
  • Strategy-first instruction: The SAT is a learnable test. Our instructors teach students the specific techniques and patterns that unlock more correct answers, faster — skills that go far beyond memorizing formulas or vocabulary lists.
  • Consistent skill-building across every session: Students work through every question type the SAT uses, building both speed and accuracy in a structured, progressive sequence designed to compound gains week over week.
  • Experienced instructors who know the test inside and out: Our teachers have coached students through hundreds of SAT cycles. They know what works, what the exam rewards, and how to prepare students who genuinely want to do better.
  • In-person or online — your choice: Attend at one of our local centers for a focused, distraction-free environment, or join a live online session from home. Same quality. Same instruction. Total flexibility.

Is This the Right Choice for Your Student?

The SAT Workshop is the right fit if your student:

  • Has taken the SAT or PSAT and wants to improve their score before their next attempt
  • Is preparing to take the SAT for the first time and wants a structured, efficient program — not months of open-ended studying
  • Needs to hit a specific score threshold for a scholarship, honors program, or competitive university
  • Learns better in a small-group setting with expert guidance rather than self-study alone
  • Has a busy schedule and needs a program that delivers results in a defined, manageable timeframe
Seats are limited each session. Workshop groups are kept intentionally small so every student gets real instructor attention — not just a seat in a room. If you’re considering enrolling, don’t wait until spots fill.

Frequently Asked Questions

How is the SAT Workshop different from full SAT Prep?

The workshop is a focused 6-week sprint designed for students who want targeted improvement efficiently. Full SAT Prep is a longer program that covers more ground over a full season. For students who want a defined commitment with clear, measurable results — the workshop is the smarter starting point.

Should my student take Math, ELA, or both?

It depends on where the greatest score opportunity lies. After the diagnostic test, we can tell you exactly which section is costing your student the most points. Many families choose both workshops and see the largest overall score improvement as a result.

What score improvement can we realistically expect?

Results vary by student — starting score, effort, and consistency all play a role. Students who attend every session and complete the assigned practice consistently see meaningful score gains. Our instructors are invested in every student’s improvement and will tell you honestly what is achievable based on your student’s baseline.

Is this available online?

Yes. Both workshops are available in-person at our branch locations and as live, interactive online sessions. Students in both formats receive the same instruction, the same materials, and the same level of engagement from our instructors.

When does the next session start?

Sessions run on a rolling schedule throughout the year. Contact your nearest branch or register online to find the next available session and secure your student’s spot before enrollment closes.
