Young Wizards Program

The Elementary Years Are Too Important to Leave to Chance

What your child learns — and how confidently they learn it — in Pre-K through 5th grade shapes everything that follows. Reading skills that fall behind in 2nd grade become reading gaps in 5th. Math concepts missed in 3rd grade create walls in middle school. The Young Wizards Program exists to make sure that doesn’t happen to your child.

Designed specifically for Grades Pre-K through 5, Young Wizards delivers structured, expert instruction in English Language Arts (ELA) and Mathematics — building the academic foundation your child needs to stay ahead in school and approach every new grade with genuine confidence.

Frequently Asked Questions

What grades does the Young Wizards Program serve?

Young Wizards is built for students in Pre-K through Grade 5. Whether your child is just starting out or needs targeted support to stay on track in elementary school, our program meets each student exactly where they are — and moves them forward from there.

What is the difference between 1:1 Elite Tutoring and Group Tutoring?

Elite 1:1 Tutoring gives your child 60 minutes of completely private, fully personalized instruction with a single instructor — flexible scheduling, tailored pacing, and focused attention every session. Group Tutoring places 2–6 students in a collaborative small-group environment that builds both academic skills and the confidence to learn alongside peers. Note: makeup classes are not available for group sessions.

Is the program available in-person and online?

Yes — both Elite 1:1 and Group Tutoring are available in-person at our branch locations and online via live, interactive sessions. You choose the format that fits your family’s schedule and your child’s learning style best.

What subjects are covered?

The program focuses on English Language Arts (ELA) — covering reading comprehension, vocabulary, writing, and grammar — and Mathematics, from number sense and operations to problem-solving and critical thinking. Both are aligned to grade-level standards and designed to keep your child ahead of their classroom expectations.

How does RLC keep parents informed about progress?

We monitor student performance continuously and provide regular progress reports so you always have a clear, accurate picture of your child’s growth. Our instructors can discuss performance, celebrate gains, and adjust the plan as needed — because informed parents are part of every student’s success.

When can my child start?

Students can enroll year-round. The earlier you start, the more ground you gain — but it’s never too late to build strong academic habits. Register online or contact your nearest branch to get started with a personalized learning plan.
