Ramana Learning Center (RLC) was founded in 2011 in Charlotte, North Carolina by Ramana Atmakuru, President of RLC. What began as a small tutoring initiative in his basement with a handful of students and dedicated teachers has steadily grown into a well-established learning center. In 2016, the institute expanded to its current location at the Berkeley Commons Shopping Center. Today, with two branches in Charlotte, RLC serves approximately 200 local and remote students at any given time, allowing us to maintain small class sizes while maximizing student impact.
Ramana Atmakuru is a professional software architect with a deep passion for teaching mathematics and helping students achieve their academic goals. With over 12 years of experience teaching SAT/ACT preparation and high school mathematics, he is known for inspiring students, building confidence, and guiding them to perform at their very best.
