Ramana Learning Center (RLC) offers two structured pathways for individuals who want to make a
meaningful impact in education; Whether you prefer to begin by validating your local market as a
Branch Ambassador or to step directly into a Branch Partner role, both pathways are designed to
reward commitment, leadership, and community engagement.
Path 1: Branch Ambassador Program
Performance-Based Entry | Structured Growth Pathway
The Branch Ambassador Program is designed for individuals who want to represent Ramana Learning
Center locally, build enrollments, and validate demand before transitioning into a long-term
leadership or partnership role.
Disclaimer: This is not a franchise and does not require operating a full learning center
on day one.
Who This Applies To:
- Teachers and tutors
- Stay-at-home parents with strong local networks
- Test-prep and academic coaching professionals
- PTA leaders and education advocates
- Community influencers who are passionate about education
What You’ll Do
As a Branch Ambassador, you will:
- Represent Ramana Learning Center as a trusted educational leader in your community
- Promote and support student enrollment into RLC programs
- Act as a bridge between families and RLC academic offerings
- Build awareness through schools, libraries, parent groups, and community organizations
- Identify viable local community spaces for instruction
A one-time Branch Ambassador Creditable Commitment Fee of $350 secures your Branch Ambassador
position and supports a smooth, structured onboarding experience.
Included in This fee:
- Covers comprehensive onboarding, training, essential tools, and local market launch
support.
- Is fully credited (100%) toward the Branch Partner onboarding fee (if you later advance to
the Partner Program).
What You’ll Get as a Branch Ambassador-
- Sructured onboarding and program training
- Marketing starter assets (flyers, messaging templates, digital creatives)
- Admissions and enrollment workflows
- Access to RLC systems for lead tracking and reporting
- Ongoing mentorship and operational guidance
Compensation & Achievement Level Requirements-
*Branch Ambassadors earn achievement levels—Bronze, Silver, and Gold—based on defined
requirements, with increasing benefits and incentives:
- Bronze
- Compensation: $18/hour plus enrollment bonus
- Requirements: 20 Stay-Ahead student enrollments and 2 SAT batches (8–20 students per
batch)
- Silver
- Compensation: $18/hour plus enrollment bonus
- Requirements: 30 Stay-Ahead student enrollments and 4 SAT batches, with at least 2
running concurrently (8–20 students per batch)
- Gold
- Compensation: $20/hour plus enrollment bonus
- Requirements: 40 Stay-Ahead student enrollments and 6 SAT batches (8–20 students per
batch)
*Achievement levels reward consistent student enrollment growth, unlocking higher benefits and
incentives at each tier.
Performance-Based Growth to Branch Partner
- Milestones to Qualify for Branch Partner-
An ambassador may be considered for transition to the Partner Program upon meeting the following
criteria:
Enrollment Performance
- Gold performance level must be achieved
Brand & Professional Representation
- Maintain consistent adherence to RLC branding, pricing, and communication standards while
engaging professionally with parents
Market Validation
- Clear evidence of sustained local demand, a defined and viable plan for a physical learning
location, and a thorough understanding of the local competitive landscape
Leadership & Commitment
- Willingness to assume a long-term leadership role aligned with RLC’s academic standards and
growth vision.
Important Note on Fee Credit
Branch Ambassadors who qualify and transition into the Branch Partner Program will receive full
credit of the $350 Ambassador Creditable Commitment Fee toward the Partner onboarding
investment.

- Educators with at least 5 years of teaching experience a plus
