• Students taking the Digital SAT are allotted a total time of 2 hours and 14 minutes with a 10 minutes interval between both the sections.

Frequently Asked Questions About Digital SAT Prep

What is the Digital SAT and how is it different from the old paper SAT?

The Digital SAT, introduced by College Board in 2024, is taken on a laptop or tablet using the Bluebook app. It is shorter (2 hours 14 minutes vs. 3 hours), uses an adaptive two-module format, and provides scores within days. The content still covers Reading & Writing and Math, but each student receives a unique question set based on their performance in the first module.

What SAT score improvement can I expect at Ramana Learning Center?

We recommend beginning SAT preparation in 10th or early 11th grade, ideally 4–6 months before the target test date. Students who have completed Algebra 1, Algebra 2, and Geometry are ready to enroll.

Are classes in-person or online?

Both options are available. We offer in-person classes at our 7 branch locations across North Carolina, Georgia, Texas, and New Jersey, as well as live online classes with real-time instructor interaction — not pre-recorded videos. Online students receive the same curriculum, practice tests, and individual feedback as in-person students.

What does a typical SAT prep class look like at RLC?
