Apply individually or as a two-person team. At full partnership, one partner earns 49%, or two partners earn 25% and 24%; RLC Corporate retains 51%. If distributions are approved, distributable profits are allocated by the same split; profits are not automatically distributed. Additional capital contributions may be required as specified in the signed agreement. Ownership and profit-sharing rights start on the effective partnership date after approval, signed agreement, and partnership fee payment. The partnership fee is specified in the agreement. Section 4 — Acknowledgments

Partnership Fee and Withdrawal Policy: The partnership fee is specified in the agreement. Eligible Branch Ambassadors with 30+ verified referrals may receive an individual partnership-fee discount of up to 25%, subject to approval. The exact fee and any approved discount are specified in the agreement; the discount is not automatic. The applicable fee, after any approved individual discount, must be paid before becoming a partner. If you back out within 30 days of the effective partnership date after approval and payment, 75% of the fee you actually paid will be refunded; 25% is retained. Accepting this refund means withdrawing from the partnership and ending your ownership and associated rights, with the exit or transfer completed under the signed agreement. No fee refund applies after 30 days. The refund is based on the amount actually paid after any approved discount, not the undiscounted fee. After the 30-day period, a departing partner must still complete an ownership exit or transfer under the signed agreement; ownership is not automatically forfeited or transferred.

I acknowledge the partnership fee payable before partnership, that accepting a 75% refund of the fee actually paid within 30 days means withdrawing from the partnership and ending my ownership and associated rights under the signed agreement, and that no fee refund applies after 30 days, as described above. *
