ACT Prep Program: Fee Structure, Payments, and Discounts
Payment Terms:
Full program fees must be paid within the first two months of the course. Payments can be made either as a single payment or split into two equal installments (50-50). The second payment is due 30 days after the course start date. Before invoicing, we will contact parents to confirm their preferred batch.
Payment Methods:
We accept ACH payments (debit from checking or savings accounts) and checks only. ACH payments can be completed online via the link in your invoice email if paying in full. Once enrolled in our recurring payment system, bank and credit card payment options are disabled. Credit card payments incur a 3% processing fee. Checks should be made payable to Ramana Learning Center. Returned checks due to insufficient funds are subject to a $25 fee, per North Carolina regulations.
Deposit and Materials:
Parents/guardians should submit the initial deposit at least one week before classes start to ensure timely delivery of course materials. Textbooks and materials will be mailed upon receipt of the deposit.
Discount Policy:
Discounts cannot be combined. Referral discounts apply only to new families or groups who have not previously enrolled. If you were referred by a current participant, enter their referral code during registration to receive the discount.
Late Payment Fee:
A non-negotiable $20 late fee will be charged on all payments received after the due date.
Enrollment Conditions:
Ramana Learning Center reserves the right to cancel ACT enrollment if a student disrupts class, disrespects staff or peers, is caught cheating, or misses excessive sessions.
Reservation Fee:
A $100 non-refundable reservation fee can be paid to secure a spot in the program.
Scheduling:
ACT prep schedules operate independently of school calendars. While major U.S. holidays are observed, breaks like spring break are not. A full schedule, including any weekends off, will be provided before classes begin.
Class Size:
Each ACT batch typically includes 10–16 students to maintain a focused learning environment. If enrollment is too low or high, students may be asked to join a different batch.
Missed Sessions:
Classes align with official ACT test dates. Make-up sessions are not available, but students can access practice tests and recorded lessons via My Portal for one week after each session.
